Hello lovers of all things fragrant and glittery... I'm going to be doing a comparison between dry shampoos. I've tried a number of them but I figure its time to narrow down what works and what doesn't.
If you are unfamiliar, dry shampoo is something for lazy, mentally ill um, I mean BUSY women like me who do not like to do the 'do every day. It is basically a way to spread out the number of times you need to wash your hair. Washing hair can really be hard on it- especially for those of us trying to make a last hurrah at growing it out. If I can find a product that gives me volume and keeps my hair from looking greasy and unwashed, I am SO ON IT!
I've had some decent luck but inconsistently so with Oscar Blandi and a couple other brands. I'm going to the hair supply in the next few days and going to ask for recommendations and hopefully get several brands to try. Might even do the whole picture comparison thing, egads!
If anyone has any great suggestions, let me know!
BTW, just because I don't wash my hair every day doesn't mean I don't shower AND if I do get all sweaty and gross, that's kind of a deal breaker. If I do wash my hair every day I get dry, split ends, a greasy scalp and usually a nice case of excema even though I use sulphate-free organics whats-it shampoos and conditioners.
